Services
We specialize in seamless gutter installation, gutter covers, downspouts, fascia and soffit replacement, gutter cleaning, roofing, and siding. We offer free, no-obligation estimates.
Estimates
All estimates are free of charge and come with no obligation. Estimates are based on the information provided by the customer and our initial assessment; final costs may vary based on additional factors discovered once work begins. Any changes or additional work beyond the initial scope will be executed only upon a written change order, which may result in extra charges above the original estimate.
Acceptance of Proposal
By accepting a proposal, you agree to the specified costs, terms, and conditions, and authorize us to begin the work described. Once signed, the proposal becomes an invoice, with payment due in full upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed in writing. Interest of 1.5% per month (18% APR) applies to past-due balances.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept credit cards, checks, bank transfers, Zelle, and cash.
Scheduling & Cancellations
To schedule an estimate or service, contact us through our website or by phone. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Warranty & Liability
We stand behind our workmanship and materials. Our services come with a limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use — details are provided at the time of service. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, neglect, or natural wear and tear. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided; we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Customer Responsibilities
You're responsible for providing accurate information and ensuring the work area is accessible and safe for our crew, including securing pets and clearing obstacles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time; changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any legal action arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Georgia.
